Starboard is designed on an open plan style, with open plan living area and all principle rooms enjoying the fantastic views.

Lounge-dining-kitchen area with wonderful views and patio doors to decked balcony where you can watch the sun go down after a busy day at the beach.

Colour TV with freeview and DVD.

The kitchen area has a ceramic tiled floor and includes gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer dryer.

The main lounge area is complemented with two brown leather sofas, table and chairs for dining and includes a less formal breakfast bar and two stools.

There are two bedrooms one being on the same level

1) The twin bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and has excellent views out over the sea, beach and beyond. This bedroom is served by its own bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wc and wash basin.

2) Upstairs in the master bedroom. A double bed room with superb ocean views and large en suite shower room with ceramic tiled floor, shower cubicle, wc and wash basin, please note ceilings are slightly sloped.

Linen and towels provided. A cot is not provided at the apartment, please bring your own travel cot, which can be accommodated in double bedroom.

Bedrooms are in a modern style with pine fittings.

At the rear, the apartment benefits from a decked patio and garden furniture, you can enjoy the sunshine later in the afternoon and early evening together with the view at the side of the property out to sea.

Starboard is ideal as a base to explore this stunning North Devon coastline or perfect for a beach holiday close to one of the UK's best beaches - three miles of golden sands.

Private car parking is available at the front of the property.
