With an inner porch and hallway. Lounge-dining room with patio doors to the decked balcony with seating provided for you to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Colour TV with freeview and DVD.

Separate kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. The kitchen is double aspect with wonderful views along Woolacombe beach, and with the sink unit positioned below the second window you look straight out to sea. Washing up becomes a total pleasure. With beech units, granite effect worktops and black and white tiles, the kitchen is stylishly presented.

There are two bedrooms.

1) Twin bedroom with outlook to the rear over National Trust land. The bedroom has its own bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wc and wash basin. The master bedroom is upstairs and enjoys the same spectacular ocean views.

2) Double bedroom with en suite shower room with shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.

Both bedrooms are attractively furnished. Linen and towels are provided. A cot is not provided with the apartment, please bring your own travel cot, which can be accommodated in the double bedroom.

At the entrance to the apartment there is an enclosed decked patio which benefits greatly from the early morning sun.
